I asked someone for a quote to print the parts as per the main original file (minus the arms which are now more usually replaced by Traxxis arms)

"I looked over the parts.

You have multiple options. Depending on material density and resolution (0.2mm-0.4mm layers) it can cost from 54 to 85 pounds for the entire set. 54 pounds would be a 5% structural fill with 0.4mm layers, 85 pounds would be for 95% fill and 2mm layers. Or we can go somewhere in between depending on how much structural rigidity you want.

95% fills with 0.2mm layers will not to break after one year of brutal handeling.

I can give you better deals depending on how many you want. More are cheaper.
We can haggle a bit.

I am sure he would be happy to hear from anyone else in the UK / Rest of the EU about printing and supplying the parts.

A 5% infil might require additional strengthening which I am sure could be done with some product or other.
