Nice. Did you ever get a github set up? I would like to use those spring retainer pieces.

Not yet, sorry. But I can upload .stl and .step (for easier editing) here, for now at least.

Waiting for aluminum base

I have to share the background as well! One pet per pivot arm :)

Looking good. How is the aluminum base being made?

I went to print those pieces you uploaded and realized one of the carriages on my mini kossel broke :(. Hopefully I can get in to my local maker space tomorrow to print a new one.

Aluminum base is going to be laser cut from a 5mm piece. I am getting base tomorrow morning.

I am sorry about your 3D printer. Keep in mind that spring retainer height and hole position is relevant to actobotic part's height.

Edit: Base arrived today. Needs some cleaning and to be anodized

Rough idea of using rubber bands to keep Z axis on 0 position

Rubber band holders

Using Actobotics beam attachment blocks, M3x20mm screws and M3 locking nuts.
Probably some plastic round washers will be used as well, so rubber bands don't touch screw's thread.

Slingshot's rubber bands may also be a better alternative
