Alternative source of parts?

I really want to build one of these!

I probably would end up building 2, one in the current iteration and another when it's completed. The issue is, being in South Africa I don't really know of where to source the parts. From what I can tell, McMaster-Carr doesn't ship internationally anymore and finding the exact springs seems to be quite difficult!

Anyone got suggestions? Would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to get parts to Canada. I've found sources for most of it and decided to print the arms to cut down on finding McMaster alternatives. I'll post my alternative sources for Canada in this post once I've exhausted my self searching for the last parts.
